1. Pre-session consultation

All sessions (except holiday mini sessions) include an in-person or phone consultation to discuss the time and location of your session, wardrobe styling, and what to expect during and after the session.

Typically, in-person consultations are conducted in your home and it provides a wonderful opportunity for Whitney to meet your family before the session and discover which products you're interested in: albums, prints, wall galleries, framing options, fine art canvases, and more.

A non-refundable session fee and signed model release is due at the time of booking to hold your session date. California state sales tax is applicable on all services, products, and deliverables.

2. Your session!

Sessions are typically scheduled mid-morning or early afternoon and never during nap time! Sessions take place on location or in your home, where your family is most comfortable.

3. Custom in-home proofing and ordering session

A few weeks after your session, Whitney or her proofing consultant will come to your home and play a beautiful slideshow of your images set to music. After the slideshow, we will go through the images one by one and determine which images you'd like to purchase for your album, prints, wall gallery, etc. This is a fun process and usually takes about an hour to make your selections. Gift prints are available for purchase from $35, fine art wrapped canvases from $325, and heirloom keepsake albums from $425.
